Children's Book Author Barbara Parks

Do you like Barbara Parks? I know I do! She writes about the craziest kid in kindergarten and first grade. You guessed it, she is the author of the Junie B. Jones series.
She was born April 27, 1947 in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Barbara Park writes books that are very, very funny and silly. Barbara Park decided to write books because she had a great sense of humor. Then she decided to write books for kids. Barbara Park writes these books: Skinnybones, The Kid in Red Jacket, Junie B. Jones and the Stupid Smelly Bus.
I like to read her books because I like to read Junie B. Jones books. My favorite book by Barbara Park is Junie B.: First Grader Toothless Wonder.
Barabara Parks is special because she didn't want to be an author and now she is a famous children's author! She lives and works in Arizona. She has a new book called Junie B.: First Grader Dumb Bunny. Now you know all about my favorite author!
